Ingredients
- • Bread or Tortilla wrap
- • Cream Cheese or Slices of Cheese – Colby Jack or Provolone or Swiss
- • Sliced Meat – Chicken or Roast Beef or Ham
- • Spinach or your choice of mixed greens (optional)
- • Slices of green peppers (optional)
- • Pickle Spear (optional)
Directions
- 1. On one slice of bread spread generously (or to your taste) Souvei Sweet & Tangy Tomato Chuntey
- 2. Place a layer of 5-6 slices of deli meat of your choice. (see note #1 below)
- 3. Top the meat with greens of your choice. Spinach or fresh cut peppers add to the taste and texture of this sandwich.
- 4. Place one or two slices of cheese on top of the meat (see note #2 below)
- 5. Warm the sandwich for 10-15 seconds in your microwave to lightly melt the cheese or place in a lightly greased sandwich toaster to make a Panini.
- 6. Enjoy with a side of chips and a spear of your favorite pickle!
Notes
(1) The following pairing of cheese and meats are recommended – Colby Jack or Monterey Jack with Chicken or Turkey or Black Forest Ham; Pastrami with Provolone.
(2) Use plain or any flavored cream cheese instead of cheese to have a lighter sandwich
