Ingredients

    • Bread or Tortilla wrap
    • Cream Cheese or Slices of Cheese – Colby Jack or Provolone or Swiss
    • Sliced Meat – Chicken or Roast Beef or Ham
    • Spinach or your choice of mixed greens (optional)
    • Slices of green peppers (optional)
    • Pickle Spear (optional)

Directions

    2. Place a layer of 5-6 slices of deli meat of your choice. (see note #1 below)
    3. Top the meat with greens of your choice. Spinach or fresh cut peppers add to the taste and texture of this sandwich.
    4. Place one or two slices of cheese on top of the meat (see note #2 below)
    5. Warm the sandwich for 10-15 seconds in your microwave to lightly melt the cheese or place in a lightly greased sandwich toaster to make a Panini.
    6. Enjoy with a side of chips and a spear of your favorite pickle!

Notes
(1)  The following pairing of cheese and meats are recommended – Colby Jack or Monterey Jack with Chicken or Turkey or Black Forest Ham; Pastrami with Provolone.
(2)  Use plain or any flavored cream cheese instead of cheese to have a lighter sandwich
