Mango-Peach Chutney Cobbler

Ingredients

    • 1 cup All purpose flour
    • 1/2 cup brown sugar
    • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 5 tbsp unsalted butter, cut into small cubes
    • 1/4 cup milk
    • 3 tsp granulated sugar for dusting

Directions

    1. Heat the oven to 350’F
    2. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, except for the granulated sugar
    4. Spoon the mixture on top of the chutney and gently spread it over
    5. Sprinkle the granulated sugar on top
    6. Bake for about 30 minutes
    7. Serve warm with whipped cream or just as is!
