Souvei (/Soo–vay/) means flavor in Tamil.

I cook to conjure memories of my birthplace and to create new ones. Some of my creations are based on century old family recipes and some inspired by my travels around the world. Through Souvei, I share my fondest memories in hopes that they will become a part of yours.
